to join our Canberra Mini Mix operations in

The Opportunity As a

Batcher,

you will play a critical role in the production and dispatch of quality concrete products. Working closely with drivers, customers, and plant teams, you will ensure concrete is batched accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate batching systems to produce concrete mixes to specification

Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of Mini Mix deliveries

Monitor raw material levels and maintain stock control

Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure product compliance

Complete production and delivery documentation accuratelyMaintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment

Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the plant

What You'll Bring





Previous experience in concrete batching, construction materials, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar operational environment

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Sound computer skills and the ability to learn batching software systems

A proactive, team-focused attitude

Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
