Junior Administration Assistant – Correct Connections Electrical This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone starting their admin career or looking to step into a busy trade business. You'll support the office team and our electricians with the day-to‑day tasks that keep jobs moving.
Key responsibilities
Answering phones and emails and directing enquiries to the right person
Booking jobs and updating the schedule
Entering timesheets, job notes and supplier invoices
Preparing quotes and invoices with guidance from the team
Keeping job files, compliance paperwork and certificates organised
Ordering stationery and supplies, and helping with general office tasks
About you
Friendly, reliable and well organised
Comfortable with computers, email and Microsoft Office (Excel is a bonus)
Transparent communicator on the phone and in writing
Keen to learn and happy to take on a variety of tasks
Experience in admin, reception or a trade business is a plus, but not essential
