Bupa Dental is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join our Health Services team, based in Melbourne or Sydney, on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on translating program and project changes into clear, practical impacts within a highly regulated workplace.
You will work with Business Analysts, Project Managers and SMEs to design change strategies, conduct stakeholder analysis, and support readiness activities, adoption measurement and training materials.
