Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Marketing Management

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of marketing campaigns, from planning and briefing through to execution, launch, and post‑campaign analysis.

Drive lifecycle, CRM, and one‑to‑one marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Support the development of marketing content and customer communications across multiple channels.

Coordinate partner marketing and B2B2C initiatives to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.

Project & Stakeholder Management

Manage multiple marketing workstreams simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risk registers, and status updates.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Sales, Finance, Legal, and external partners.





Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and blockers to ensure successful delivery.

Manage agency and vendor relationships, including briefing, delivery oversight, and execution management.

Ensure quality standards, timelines, and business objectives are consistently met.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future marketing activity.

Use data and reporting to measure success and support decision‑making.

Assist with campaign reporting and marketing effectiveness analysis.

Budget & Process Management

Support budget tracking, invoicing, and approval processes.

Help maintain financial discipline across projects and marketing initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.

Your Profile Required Experience

5-8 years' experience in Marketing, with demonstrated project management experience.

Strong hands‑on experience in:

Marketing Campaign Management

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

One‑to‑One Marketing

Partner Marketing / B2B2C Marketing

Marketing Analytics and Reporting

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

Robust stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Experience working with agencies, vendors, and external partners.

Excellent communication, planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and highly matrixed environment.

Technical Skills

Advanced Excel skills.

Experience with presentation and productivity tools such as Keynote, Numbers, Pages, PowerPoint, and other collaboration platforms is advantageous.
