Medical Administrator to join our team at Brisbane North Eye Centre in Chermside, QLD. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and doctors. What you'll be doing Greeting and checking in patients in a warm and professional manner Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments and referrals Managing patient enquiries via telephone and email Handling patient registration, insurance claims and payments Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic and paper medical records Assisting with general office administration tasks as required What we're looking for Previous experience in a optical dispensing or medical receptionist role Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients,



clinicians and colleagues in a professional and empathetic manner Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Common sense approach to work environment in a varied and fast paced role What we offer
