As a New Home Advocate / Broker, you’ll become a trusted guide to first home buyers - helping them navigate one of the biggest and most emotional decisions of their lives. You’ll: Work with warm, inbound clients only (no cold calling)

Understand each client’s goals, lifestyle, and financial position

Build tailored strategies across finance, land, and home design

Guide clients through builder selection with confidence

Create an experience that feels transparent, supportive, and empowering

Collaborate with our Perth-based leadership, marketing, and finance teams

Play a key role in building the Melbourne presence from the ground up
