As the Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the warehouse and ensuring orders, stock and freight move efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinate daily warehouse activities and priorities Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking,
packing and dispatch Allocate and monitor day-to-day warehouse tasks Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and dispatched on time Book freight with approved carriers and coordinate collections and deliveries Prepare freight documentation, labels and consignments Track deliveries and follow up on freight delays or issues Receive incoming stock and ensure it is processed accurately Maintain accurate
inventory records Work closely with Customer Care, Sales, Supply Chain and other internal teams Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in
warehouse, logistics, distribution, operations or supply chain Experience coordinating day-to-day warehouse activities Experience with
freight bookings and delivery coordination Strong understanding of inventory and stock control Experience with order processing, picking, packing and dispatch Experience using
ERP, WMS, TMS or similar systems prefer Strong organisational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and accuracy Forklift licence where required for the location This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in a busy warehouse setting and wants to take ownership of the daily flow of
