About the Role Your responsibilities will include:

Need to have dental experience (ex:Dental technician,Dental assistant)

Managing telephone enquiries and appointment bookings

Processing HICAPS and EFTPOS payments

Responding to emails and client enquiries

Providing exceptional customer service

General reception and administrative duties

Need to hold visa status that permits the person to work full-time or an equivalent work-right status

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:

We don't need your previous dental experience if you have no back ground knowledge that's fine we will train you

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

A reliable, professional, and positive attitude
