The Role As a

Paid Social Creative Strategist , your north star is simple:

Consistently produce Meta ads that scale like crazy.

You’ll be the architect of our clients’ creative strategy, analysing, brainstorming, scripting, and producing ads that smash business objectives (current customer acquisition, revenue growth, profit targets). You’ll collaborate closely with

growth strategists, media buyers, and video editors

to make it happen.

You will

Conduct deep market research & customer review analysis to uncover high-potential angles

Audit existing ad creative for strengths, weaknesses & opportunities

Brainstorm and prioritise net-new viral creative concepts

Engineer shot lists, scripts, and hooks designed to cut CAC & boost ROAS

Work with paid creators, influencers, and editors to bring concepts to life

Analyse creative test results, iterate on winners, and kill losers quickly

Maintain relentless velocity, producing high volumes of creative without sacrificing quality

What We’re Looking For

2+ years

producing high-performing paid social ads (brand or agency)

Proven ability to consistently generate viral ad concepts

Mastery of direct-response creative principles, consumer psychology, and UGC trends

Strong understanding of Meta creative testing & scaling strategies

Up-to-date on AI trends and tools, with hands-on experience using VEO 3, Claude and other AI-powered creative workflows to speed up production and unlock new ideas

Obsession with your craft, constantly researching, learning, and levelling up

Extreme attention to detail and a results-first mindset
