BEST Disability Support is seeking a full time Compliance & HR Officer to oversee NDIS/NDIA, Fair Work SCHADS, and WorkSafe Queensland compliance. You will coordinate payroll for about 70 staff, work with the Programs & Service Delivery team on recruitment, and ensure HR policies and onboarding run smoothly.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a similar role, extensive NDIS portal experience, and familiarity with SCHADS.
