Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is seeking a Community Occupational Therapist to support older adults aged 75+ to live independently at home. You'll conduct initial assessments, functional capacity checks, and home modification recommendations, while managing a local caseload and travelling between client visits.
With no office requirement, you can work remotely across Melbourne's north and surrounding suburbs, 3–5 days per week, ASAP start.
