DCAI is seeking an experienced Erection Manager for an international assignment supporting the installation of a reheating furnace within the steel industry. Lead and coordinate site erection activities. Supervise the installation, adjustment and alignment of mechanical equipment, pipework and cabling. Oversee dimensional checks using theodolites, precision levels, micrometer gauges and laser trackers. Coordinate site teams and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders. Ensure activities comply with project quality and health and safety requirements. Profile :
Proven experience supervising the erection of reheating furnaces. Solid practical knowledge of mechanical installation and precision alignment. Confident team leadership and communication skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Ability to read technical drawings and use 2D/3D drawing software. Relevant site safety credentials, such as OSHA or VCA, or equivalent accepted by the client. Workplace first-aid qualification and a valid medical fitness certificate. Appropriate visa for Australia will be required.
