The role requires 1–2 years demonstrated experience in similar roles in Australia, with a strong preference for exposure to ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks. The position is on-site for five days per week, and candidates must have a driver’s licence. A Customer Integrity Check will be conducted (documentation completed promptly to expedite the process).
