Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct open homes and private inspections

Respond to rental enquiries

Prepare properties for online advertising

Manage lease preparation and signups





Complete ingoing and outgoing condition reports

Conduct routine inspections

Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants and trades

Support the property management team with various tasks

Required Skills & Experience

Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-5pm

Full on the job training provided – no previous Real Estate experience necessary

High attention to detail and outstanding organisation and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Drivers Licence and well maintained car

Current Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
