We've opened a

brand-new site in Hemmant

and we're looking for a qualified butcher to work in our state of the art production room. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, and you’ll be a part of the process as we supply the best cuts and value-add products to our domestic customers.

What you'll be doing

Cutting, trimming, slicing, boning, mincing - anything you can think of that relates to general butchery

Weighing, scaling, labelling, cryovacing and packing meat products





Stacking packed items for distribution

Cleaning of the production room as required

Providing guidance, advice and knowledge to members who require it

What you'll bring

Cert III in Meat Processing (Food Services) or (Retail Butcher)

Sound knowledge of meat product and multi-species proteins

Skills, confidence and safety with knife use and butchering machinery

Team focused

Comfort working in a cold environment, and availability for early starts
