We are currently seeking an experienced

Welder / Fabricator

to join our client's growing team based in Greater Western Sydney. Perform MIG welding on steel components to the required specifications Fabricate and assemble steel products in accordance with technical drawings Read and interpret fabrication drawings and measurements Operate workshop machinery, power tools and hand tools safely Measure, cut, fit and prepare materials for fabrication Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and high standards of workmanship Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times About You

To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience as a Welder / Fabricator Strong MIG welding skills and experience working with steel The ability to read and interpret technical and fabrication drawings Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship A reliable work history within welding, fabrication or a similar industry A strong work ethic and a dependable, punctual attitude The ability to work independently and as part of a team A commitment to workplace health and safety Desirable Skills and Experience

The following will be highly regarded: Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent qualification Current forklift licence Experience operating an overhead crane Current driver's licence and reliable transport
