We are currently recruiting for multiple positions at multiple locations: Indooroopilly, Darra & Yeronga. We are looking for someone interested in learning Montessori Philosophy. You will be part of a skilled team that puts the child at the centre of everything we do.
In this role, you will be working alongside other passionate educators, with the support of our experienced Centre Director. LWM use Story Park for observations, programming and direct parent communications.

on job Montessori presentation training - this role is perfect for someone who wants to grow and learn more about the Montessori Philosophy.
We have a full time Montessori trainer on the ? oor who can provide hands on training including story park programming, day book, observation mentoring as well.
We also provide paid Montessori training for the right candidate as well as provide an opportunity for future professional development programs.
We constantly strive to remove any non-value add work like end of the day cleaning, etc. so our educators can concentrate on providing quality outcome for our children.
Task & Responsibilities
Weekly, Monthly programming in StoryPark
Assisting in the preparation of materials and equipment for children's education and recreational activities
Writing up daily, weekly, monthly observations
Managing children's behaviour and guiding children's social developmentPreparing and conducting activities for children
Entertaining children by reading and playing games
Supervising children in recreational activities
Supervising the daily routine of children
Supervising the hygiene of children
Qualification & Experience The right person must have: MINIMUM CERT III in Child Education and Care One to two years of work experience First Aid & CPR Certi? cate (or willingness to get one) Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to get one Diploma quali? cation in childcare for Lead Educator role Available to work a minimum of four days Available to work shifts between 6:30 am and 6 pm.
