Build and update detailed 3D models and documentation Sort out clashes and keep models aligned with BIM execution plans Work with engineers, architects and other modellers, including coordination meetings Turn design changes and markups into accurate models Mentor our junior modellers and help us keep raising our standards What you bring
Strong Revit MEP skills and experience with detailed 3D models and construction documentation Solid knowledge of mechanical services (HVAC, ventilation, piping)
in BIM workflows Experience with BIM standards, clash detection and multi-discipline coordination Ability to read mechanical drawings, specs and markups and model them accurately Outstanding communication, an eye for detail, and the knack of juggling multiple projects Experience guiding juniors (or keen to) A qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Drafting or similar. Equivalent experience counts too Bonus points
Previous BIM-focused experience Familiarity with Australian building standards and codes Package
