Indie Campers is seeking an on-site Operations Supervisor (City Lead) to manage daily depot operations in Australia. You will coordinate rental workflows, monitor KPIs, ensure fleet readiness and deliver a high-quality customer experience with a hands-on approach.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee shifts, control costs, and support the team in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and peak-period availability is required; driving license (Category B) is essential.
