Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Bella Vista, NSW. The Sales Representative will engage with prospective and existing clients, conduct property viewings, and present suitable property options aligned with client needs. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and preparing proposals or sales documentation. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, supporting marketing initiatives, and staying informed about local market trends and property inventory. The Sales Representative is expected to meet sales targets, provide transparent information,



and deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated sales experience in real estate or a related industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, including handling multiple listings, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM platforms, and the ability to learn property listing and documentation systems quickly.
- Knowledge of or interest in the Bella Vista, NSW property market, including basic understanding of local regulations and industry standards.
- Skilled presentation, integrity, and commitment to providing inclusive, respectful service to clients from varied backgrounds.
- Ability to work on-site, including attending property inspections, client meetings, and occasional after-hours or weekend appointments as required.
- Relevant real estate license or certification (or willingness to obtain, as legally required), and a valid driver’s license with reliable transport.
