Your Role:
As our new Store Manager, you'll:
Lead, coach and motivate your workshop team to hit KPIs and smash sales targets
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and clients
Promote products and services with confidence and integrity
Run day-to-day operations, keeping reporting accurate and the workshop safe, clean and welcoming
Lead from the front and set the standard your team rises to
About You:
3+ years' experience managing a service centre, automotive workshop or similar
A hands‐on leader with a proven sales track record and a genuine passion for automotive
Strong communicator and team leader focussed on customer service
Trade-qualified?
Great.
If not, your leadership and customer service skills are what count
Current Qld driver's licence
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Available Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am – *****pm on a 2 week on/ 2 week off rotation
