Amara Advisory is seeking expressions of interest from skilled Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander tradespeople to support the delivery of major resources, energy, infrastructure and industrial projects across Australia.

With the capability to mobilise skilled personnel to major projects nationally, Amara Advisory supports Tier 1 contractors, EPCs and asset owners across construction, commissioning, shutdowns and project delivery.

The Opportunities

We’re building a strong pool of Indigenous tradespeople for current and upcoming work across Australia. This isn’t a single vacancy: we want to hear from skilled people across a range of trades, whether you’re highly experienced, recently qualified or ready to take the next step in your career.

Location: Projects throughout Australia

Roster: Varies by project (FIFO, DIDO and local options)

Work type: Long-term, project and shutdown opportunities

Mobilisation: Flights, accommodation and meals provided while on site for FIFO roles

About You Relevant trade qualifications or demonstrated industry experience

Current licences and applicable high-risk work or ticketed competencies

Construction White Card

Strong safety awareness and a commitment to doing the job right

Reliability and a good work ethic

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Willingness to work across different projects, sites and environments

Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
