Trading Thursday through Sunday, we proudly showcase local wines, signature cocktails, craft beers, and fresh regional produce — all delivered in a sophisticated yet relaxed setting.
ABOUT THE ROLES: n
As a Cocktail Bar Attendant, you will:

- Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails with confidence and flair
n
- Deliver warm, professional, and engaging service to every guest
n
- Maintain high standards of presentation behind the bar
n
- Work collaboratively with our floor and kitchen teams to create a seamless experience
n
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: nn
- Previous bar experience in a premium or fast-paced venue
n
- Sound knowledge of cocktails, wine, and craft beer
n
- A genuine passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
n
- Availability Thursday–Sunday (weekend availability essential)
n
- Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
n
- Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude
