The Role
Arsenault is seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator part time to be responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate assessments and processing of data related to billing.
n
Responsibilities
n

- Provide customer services response to internal and external customer queries regarding billing.
n
- Assess available reporting data, service records/documents for accuracy of billing outcomes.
n
- Analyse and assess customer specific circumstances relative to billing considerations.
n
- Conduct high volumes of data processing.
n
n
Required
n
n
- Experience working with financial data entry, billing or accounts receivable
n
- Ability to hit KPI's in a fast paced data processing environment.
n
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and quality control.
n
- Highly developed verbal communication skills.
n
- Excellent customer service skills.
