Job Description

We're recruiting on behalf of a well established construction company with a 30+ year track record delivering complex, high value built form projects across commercial, health, education, accomodation and residential sectors. With a $2bil+ project portfolio and jobs up to $150mil, they're known for technically demanding, high profile builds and a genuinely collaborative culture.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex $100mil construction project from the front, based in Melbourne CBD.

Key responsibilities: n

- Take full ownership of project delivery end to end, from award through to practical completion and handover
n
- Lead and coordinate project and site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to keep the build on program and on budget
n
- Manage the commercial and contractual side of the project, including variations, claims, and reporting
n
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, resolving issues proactively
n
- Drive quality, safety, and compliance standards across the project from day one
n





What you'll bring: nn
- Proven runs on the board delivering complex, built form construction projects end to end
n
- Track record managing projects $50M+ in value, from award through to handover
n
- Strong leadership across project and site teams, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and trades
n
- Solid commercial and contract management skills (D&C; / ECI environments highly regarded)
n
- A hands-on, accountable approach and a genuine focus on quality and safety outcomes
