Profectus is seeking an experienced Team Lead Developer to lead sustainment of an enterprise budgeting and reporting platform within an Australian Government agency. The platform is built on IBM TM1 and Planning Analytics, with financial data sourced from SAP. The work covers team leadership, data integration, break fix and support for budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of TM1 developers delivering sustainment services
- Prioritise and allocate break fix, data integration and reporting work
- Oversee triage, impact assessment and root cause analysis of production issues
- Review and approve fixes before testing and deployment
- Manage data loads and reconciliations between SAP and TM1
- Oversee support for month end, year end, budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Monitor trends and recurring issues to reduce operational risk
- Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer to users
- Coordinate with service delivery, infrastructure and enhancement teams on releases and upgrades

Required Experience

- Senior development in IBM Planning Analytics / TM1
- Leading a development or support team




- Integrating SAP data into TM1, including reconciliations
- Managing production incidents, defects and root cause analysis
- Supporting financial budgeting, forecasting and month end processes
- Working within change and release management processes

Desirable Experience

- SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, BODS or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Planning Analytics Workspace dashboard development
- Workforce or salary modelling in TM1
- Working in Defence finance or budgeting areas
- ITIL certification

Security Clearance Requirements

- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Must have a current AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance
