Key Responsibilities nn
- Complete stock checks and verify inventory accuracy.
n
- Review cycle count results and investigate variances.
n
- Investigate stock discrepancies and identify their causes.
n




- Conduct claims investigations and maintain supporting records.
n
- Assist with stock audits and stock takes.
n
- Use SAP and Paperless Advantage to review and maintain inventory information.
n
- Use Excel to analyse stock data and support reporting.
n

Skills & Experience nn
- Previous experience in stock control or inventory management within a warehouse or logistics environment.
n
- Experience using SAP and Paperless Advantage is essential.
n
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to review data and identify discrepancies.
n
- Experience conducting stock checks, cycle counts and stock takes.
n
- Strong investigation and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
n
- Good time management and the ability to communicate findings clearly.
n
