Cotton On is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to lead data initiatives across a up-to-date ecosystem including Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. You will mentor engineers, set data standards and partner with Technology and business teams to deliver scalable data platforms for insights and AI capabilities.

You’ll drive architecture, governance and cost optimisation while guiding data products and pipelines to support our global retail operations.
