We're working with a well-established civil contractor delivering a strong pipeline of projects across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. With continued growth and several active projects underway, we're looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day site delivery and lead crews to successful project outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on site, driving productivity, maintaining high safety standards, and building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

The Role n

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Supervising daily site operations and coordinating crews, subcontractors, and plant
n
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme,



and to specification
n
- Running pre-starts, toolbox talks, and maintaining strong safety compliance
n
- Monitoring productivity, quality, and project milestones
n
- Managing site documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
n
- Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and suppliers to achieve successful project outcomes
n

Profile n

To be successful, you'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor, Foreman, or Leading Hand within civil construction
n
- Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site managementExperience delivering subdivision projects highly desirable
n
- Exposure to TMR/Main Roads projects highly regarded
n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
n
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction programmes
n
- Solid focus on safety, quality, and efficient project delivery
n
- White Card and current Driver's Licence
n
