What we’re looking for n

Previous experience in a busy restaurant

n

Confident managing your own section

n

Strong food and beverage knowledge

n

Friendly, professional and comfortable talking with guests

n

Able to work efficiently during busy services

n

Reliable and a positive team player

n

Available across weekdays and weekends

n

Current RSA

n

Experience in Italian restaurants, premium casual dining or high-volume venues is highly regarded.
