Job Description n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Monitoring trends including the physical condition of the plant, to determine the effects on maintenance demands and plant reliability;
n
- planning and delivering maintenance shutdown program;
n
- minimising production downtime by investigating failures and taking appropriate actions to prevent recurrence;
n




- maintaining and driving performance expectations on site through breakdown analysis and problem solving activities; and
n
- advocating and ensuring compliance with OHS and food safety policies and procedures.
n

Desired Skills and Experience n

To be short listed for this position, you will be able to demonstrate:

n

n
- 3+ years in a similar role in a quick-moving industry such as food FMCG or similar industry;
n
- engineering degree qualified (mechanical or electrical preferred);
n
- a natural ability to engage, collaborate and build relationships;
n
- strong organisational skills; and
n
- proficient in MS office particularly excel.
n

This role is based at our national head office and manufacturing centre in Mulgrave, which offers ample free parking, on-site staff shop and staff canteen.
