Seeking an exceptional Bridge & Civil Structures Engineer to step into a senior technical leadership role with a globally recognised engineering consultancy. Working across major transport and infrastructure projects, you'll drive project delivery, mentor high-performing engineers, and play a key role in growing a respected structural team.n
The Opportunity n

n
- Lead the design and delivery of major bridge and civil structures projects.
n
- Take ownership of multidisciplinary project outcomes from concept through to construction.
n
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and design review across a talented engineering team.
n
- Work on some of WA's most complex transport and infrastructure developments.
n
- Build robust client relationships and influence future project opportunities.
n

About You n

n
- Degree qualified Civil or Structural Engineer.
n
- 8+ years' Australian experience in bridge and civil structures design.
n




- Strong knowledge of Australian bridge standards and WA transport infrastructure requirements.
n
- CPEng (or equivalent) highly regarded.
n
- Proven experience leading teams, managing projects and delivering quality outcomes.
n
