Job Description

Evolution Mining is seeking a reliable Leading Hand to support our Development Supervisor in safe, efficient underground development at Northparkes. This hands-on leadership role requires you to be the go-to person on shift, coordinating tasks and mentoring crew while upholding a solid safety culture.

Based in Parkes, you’ll operate on a 7/7 roster (days and nights) and play a key part in ensuring work is completed to plan with a focus on teamwork and safety compliance.
