QuintessenceLabs in Canberra is seeking a highly capable Customer Success Engineer to join our growing CST. This foundational role offers potential to shape our customer success strategy and grow into a leadership position as the team expands.

Reporting to the VP of Global Operations, you will bridge engineering and sales, support pre-sales engagements, lead post-sales implementations, and provide strategic consulting. You’ll influence the product roadmap by voicing customer needs.
