The Company n

Our client is a globally recognised resources organisation delivering a significant portfolio of capital investment projects across mining, smelting, concentrating and power transmission operations. The Role n

Acting as the bridge between technology strategy, capital project delivery and operational transformation, you will ensure technology requirements and strategic objectives are embedded throughout major capital programs and a portfolio of smaller technology initiatives.

This role offers significant autonomy, senior stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to influence investment decisions within a highly complex and asset-intensive environment.

Salary: Up to $240,000 Package (Dependent on Experience) Responsibilities n

- Translate technology strategy into practical requirements for major capital projects
n
- Identify gaps between technology strategy and project scope,



providing structured recommendations
n
- Partner with engineering, project delivery, EPCM and technology teams to embed technology requirements into project outcomes
n
- Track and report on strategic technology alignment across the broader capital portfolio
n
- Support scoping, analysis and business case development for technology projects valued under $20M
n
- Maintain visibility across project dependencies, risks and strategic alignment
n
- Coordinate effectively between technology, operational and capital delivery stakeholders
n
- Build robust relationships across technology, operations and capital project teams
n
- Deliver analysis, gap assessments and executive-level recommendations
n
- Support governance reporting and senior leadership briefings
n
- Work directly within a leading global resources organisation
n

- Proven experience in a Solution Lead, Strategy, Advisory, Business Analysis or Project Leadership role

- Strong experience within resources, mining, energy or supply chain environments

- Ability to work autonomously in a complex stakeholder environment

- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

- Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical delivery outcomes

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
