Salesforce Developer (3 Positions)n

Federal Government Opportunity | 12 Month Contract + 12 Month Extension | Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer looking to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives that make a real difference to Australians? We are seeking multiple Salesforce Developers to join a high-performing digital delivery team responsible for delivering innovative, citizen-focused solutions within a complex enterprise environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on modern Salesforce platforms, leverage emerging AI-assisted development capabilities, and contribute to the delivery of impactful technology solutions.

What You'll Be Doingn

As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions within an Agile delivery environment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and supporting Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors
n
- Building and maintaining integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and related technologies
n
- Contributing to AI-enabled development capabilities, including the use of Claude Code within Salesforce development practices
n
- Working with source control and DevOps toolsets including GitLab, GitHub and Bitbucket
n
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools such as Jira and Bitbucket
n
- Ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with best practice development standards
n
- Supporting accessibility-focused design and development initiatives
n

About Youn

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

n

n
- 3 to 5 years' hands-on Salesforce development experience
n
- Strong experience with Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio technologies including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors
n
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming,



frameworks and design patterns
n
- Experience with source control tools, package-based development and DevOps practices
n
- Strong integration experience including REST APIs and event-driven architectures
n
- Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience/Community Cloud
n
- Knowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and platform best practices
n
- An appreciation for accessible and inclusive digital experiences
n

Highly Regardednn
- Delivery of three or more Salesforce CRM implementations using Agile methodologies
n
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certifications
n
- OmniStudio Developer Certification
n
- Experience with AI technologies, configuration and customisation
n
