The Opportunity:
n An established and growing insurance building and restoration business is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead its Brisbane construction operations.

n

Offering a package of up to $200k + super + company ute , this is a senior leadership opportunity within a business delivering insurance repairs across domestic, commercial and large-loss projects .

n

You will take ownership of construction delivery across Brisbane, leading a team of Supervisors while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

n

As Construction Manager, you will:

n

n
- Lead and support a team of Site/Building Supervisors
n
- Oversee insurance repair, restoration and reinstatement projects across Brisbane
n
- Manage project performance across programme, cost, quality and safety
n
- Drive jobs from allocation through to successful completion
n
- Monitor budgets, variations, margins and project progress
n
- Manage subcontractor and supplier performance
n
- Maintain strong relationships with insurers, assessors and key stakeholders
n
- Work closely with estimating, restoration and administration teams
n
- Ensure QBCC, WHS and company standards are maintained
n
- Support the continued growth of the Queensland operation
n

As a Construction Manager, you will require: n

n




- Construction Management, Operations Management or senior leadership experience within insurance building
n
- Strong understanding of insurance repairs, restoration and reinstatement
n
- Experience managing and developing Site/Building Supervisors
n
- Strong commercial understanding of project costs, margins and delivery
n
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
n
- Robust leadership, organisation and problem-solving ability
n
- Knowledge of QBCC requirements and relevant building standards
n
- Trade or construction qualifications highly regarded
n
- Relevant QBCC licensing highly regarded
n
