About The Candidate

You’ll lead a team of Underground Operators, coordinating daily operations to meet production targets,



while safety and production are optimised. Strong leadership, communication and on-the-ground problem-solving skills will be essential as you drive continuous improvement to support the success of our mining team.

* Current NSW Metalliferous Underground Mine Supervisor Certificate

- At least 7 years relevant mining experience
- Strong people leadership experience
- Current C Class manual driver's licence
- Strong safety focus and commitment to visible safety leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead and support a team
- Demonstrated care for people and commitment to their development
