Job Description

We're working with a well-established commercial builder delivering a robust pipeline of projects across Sydney.

Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis. You'll oversee 1–2 projects at a time, taking ownership of delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

Projects typically range from $3m–$6m and include a mix of commercial construction and refurbishment works across the Sydney market.

n

You'll be supported by a dedicated Contract Administrator, allowing you to focus on project delivery, stakeholder management and overall project performance.

Responsibilities n

- Manage the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from start to finish
n
- Oversee project programmes, budgets and financial performance
n
- Lead project teams and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
n
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
n
- Work closely with the Contract Administrator on procurement, variations and project controls
n
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements
n
- Drive projects to achieve programme, budget and quality outcomes
n

Requirements nn
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Project Manager
n
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery
n
- Experience managing project budgets, contracts and variations
n
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong client relationships
n
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
n
- Relevant construction qualifications
n
- Australian commercial construction experience is essential
n
