MEKĖ Baby is an Australian premium baby-feeding and parenting brand on a growth trajectory.

We’re expanding across DTC and major retail partners, and we’re looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team and help keep our products moving, our customers happy and our warehouse running smoothly.

n

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, reliable, practical and takes pride in doing things properly.

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT MEKĖ Baby | Melbourne What you’ll be doing Warehouse & Fulfilment n

n
- Pick and pack Shopify customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Prepare wholesale and retail orders for dispatch
n
- Receive, check and put away incoming stock
n
- Maintain an organised and efficient warehouse
n
- Assist with stock counts and inventory management
n
- Prepare products and cartons for courier collection
n
- Help keep warehouse processes clean, organised and consistent
n

Shopify & Customer Orders nn
- Process and manage Shopify orders
n
- Check orders for accuracy before dispatch
n
- Assist with fulfilment and shipping issues
n
- Update order information when required
n
- Help ensure customers receive the right product, on time
n

Returns & Quality Control nn
- Process customer returns and warranty items
n
- Inspect returned products and identify faults or damage
n
- Photograph and document product issues
n
- Complete basic QC checks on products and stock
n
- Escalate recurring product or quality issues to the team
n
- Help identify patterns in returns and customer complaints
n

General Operations nn
- Assist with stock transfers and inventory movements
n
- Help with product assembly,



labelling and packaging when required
n
- Support new product launches and campaign fulfilment
n
- Assist the wider team with operational tasks as the business grows
n

- Is extremely organised and detail-oriented

- Works quickly without sacrificing accuracy

- Is reliable and takes ownership of their work

- Is comfortable working independently
n
- Has a practical, I’ll figure it out attitude
n
- Takes pride in presentation and getting things right
n
- Is physically comfortable with warehouse work, including lifting boxes
n
- Has strong attention to detail when checking products and orders
n
- Communicates clearly and works well with a small, fast-moving team
n

Experience with any of the following is a bonus: nn
- Shopify

- Warehouse management

- Pick & pack

- E-commerce fulfilment

- Inventory management

- Returns / warranty processing

- Quality control

- Courier platforms

- Wholesale or retail operations
