The Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Lead to work directly with our CEO and Founder and own customer success end to end: onboarding, retention, expansion, and outcomes.

What You'll Do
Own onboarding for recent clinics coming onto CareGP, making sure the transition is smooth from day one
Own retention and the ongoing health of your customer base
Own expansion within existing accounts as clinics see more value from the product
Own outcomes, making sure customers are actually getting results, not just using the product

What We're Looking For




3–6 years in customer-facing roles, ideally SaaS
Early stage to growth stage startup experience, and you enjoy this phase
Sharp, rapid, and commercially minded
Love building, and delivering world-class customer service and results
Frontline of AI in healthcare, real impact, not hype
Build the CS function from 0 to 1
Work with high-growth clinics transforming their operations
