Looking for a hands-on role where every day is different?

We're looking for a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our team at Inkco Print on the Gold Coast.

We are a growing print, signage and display business working with some of Australia's leading brands. Our team produces everything from printed marketing materials and retail displays to large-format signage and custom promotional products.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in their work and is happy to jump in and help wherever needed.

You don't need to know everything — we're more interested in finding the right person with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing

This is a varied role with plenty of opportunities to develop new skills. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
Receiving deliveries and organising incoming stock
Stocktaking and general warehouse organisation
Assisting with local deliveries and pickups
Helping with general signage and display installations
Assisting our production team with daily factory tasks
Preparing materials and products for jobs
Keeping the factory clean, organised and running efficiently




Helping out wherever needed to get the job done

What we're looking for

We want someone who:
Has a positive, can-do attitude
Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
Shows initiative and doesn't need to be constantly told what to do
Is physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
Is organised and pays attention to detail
Enjoys working as part of a team
Is willing to learn current skills and take on current challenges
Holds a current driver's licence

Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, printing, signage or installations would be great, but it's not essential . We're happy to train the right person.
