Colac Otway Shire Council is seeking experienced People & Culture professionals to join our team. We are currently recruiting for two exciting opportunities within our People & Culture function:

Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Partner with leaders across the organisation to deliver contemporary HR solutions.
Provide expert advice on employee relations, industrial relations, performance management and organisational development.
Lead complex people matters and contribute to culture, engagement and workforce initiatives.

Workforce and Policy Advisor
Lead workforce planning, HR policy development and workforce reporting.
Drive continuous improvement and governance initiatives.
Support strategic workforce planning, gender equality action planning and organisational capability programs.

What we're looking for
Experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Workforce Planning and/or Policy Development.
Robust stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Sound knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary people practices.
A collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
