The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established, highly regarded law firm with over 40 years of experience advising business owners, high-net-worth individuals and investors across Queensland.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Corporate / Commercial Lawyer/Senior Lawyer to join their growing team. Working closely with an established client base, you'll enjoy a broad range of quality corporate and commercial matters, genuine autonomy and excellent long-term career opportunities.

About the Role

You’ll work directly with business owners, founders and skilled advisers, providing practical, commercially focused advice across:
Corporate structuring, restructures and trust arrangements.
Share sales, acquisitions and business transactions.
Shareholder and unitholder agreements.




Employee share and incentive schemes.
Business structuring and succession planning.
Commercial agreements and general advisory matters.
Tax-effective structuring alongside accountants and advisers.

About You
2+ years PAE in Corporate / Commercial Law.
Robust drafting, negotiation and technical skills.
Experience independently managing matters and client relationships.
Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused.
Confident communicating with business owners and professional advisers.
A personable, qualified approach and strong attention to detail.
