Our client is a well-established supplier within heavy industries and are currently expanding within Australia. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Sales Support & Planning Coordinator to join their Sydney CBD team. This is a diverse role combining sales support, reporting, order management and planning, with the chance to work closely with sales, finance and logistics. This is a permanent, full time role, with five days on-site in their CBD office.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll play an significant role in keeping sales operations running smoothly while helping establish processes and reporting as the business grows.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the sales team with quotations, order processing, invoicing and account settlements
Liaising with dealers, customers and finance providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and payments
Preparing sales reports, dashboards and KPI updates to support business decisions
Maintaining accurate customer, sales and order information across CRM and ERP systems
Assisting with sales forecasting, demand planning and stock availability reporting




Working closely with sales, finance and logistics teams to coordinate orders, deliveries and resolve issues
Monitoring sales performance, identifying trends and supporting process improvements
Providing general sales operations and administrative support as required

About You

Ideally, you'll have:
Experience in sales support, order management, administration or a similar coordination role
Exposure to machinery, equipment, automotive or distribution environments would be beneficial, but isn't essential
Good Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports
Experience using CRM or ERP systems, with SAP experience a bonus
Some understanding of quotations, invoicing, order processing or customer support
Good communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and internal teams
Solid attention to detail and the ability to juggle different priorities
