ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Underground Electrician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and troubleshooting underground mobile and fixed plant electrical systems while ensuring safe and reliable site operations.

You will require the following skills, experience and qualifications to be successful in the role.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance, fault finding and repair of underground mining equipment
Installation and commissioning of electrical systems
Preventative maintenance inspections and reporting
Ensuring compliance with site safety standards and statutory requirements




Working collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams

ABOUT YOU
NSW Electrical License
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
Current manual driver's license

Preferred Requirements
Experience with underground mobile equipment and fixed plant
Working at Heights, Confined Space and First Aid certifications
Mining-specific electrical qualifications and competencies
