The department is led by Food & Beverage Director Tanguy Charbonnet (Australian Bartender of the Year ****), the program is built on deep product knowledge, ongoing training, and a commitment to sustainability in every detail.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Bartender to help deliver an exceptional, world-class guest experience.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
Engage with customers to take orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Run food and beverages to guests and maintaining a robust presence on the floor
Provide excellent customer service,



addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
About You:
You are a confident hospitality professional who thrives in high-end, fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering memorable guest experiences.
Two years of previous bartending experience
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and contemporary bar techniques
A genuine passion for guest experience and attention to detail
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required
