About the Role
As a People & Culture Advisor, you'll support the wider People & Culture team and assist managers and employees across a variety of day-to-day HR matters.
You'll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and confidence across the employee lifecycle while receiving support from experienced People & Culture Business Partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to day-to-day People & Culture enquiries
Providing practical support to managers and employees
Supporting employee lifecycle activities and employment changes
Assisting with employee documentation and correspondence
Supporting the consistent application of policies, procedures and people processes




Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting HR systems administration
Assisting with employee relations and workplace matters, with support from experienced team members
Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Building positive relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation
Supporting workplace safety, wellbeing and compliance activities
About You
You don't need to be an established HR Advisor to be successful in this role.
We're looking for someone with a foundation in HR, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in developing a career in People & Culture.
You may bring:
Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, or be working towards them
Previous experience in an HR, People & Culture, recruitment or similar people-focused role
An understanding of general HR practices and the employee lifecycle
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust attention to detail and the ability to handle information professionally and confidentially
Confidence building relationships with a range of stakeholders
Experience using Microsoft Office applications and exposure to HR systems
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
A collaborative and customer-focused approach
Most importantly, you'll be curious, approachable and keen to develop your HR knowledge in a supportive environment.
