The ideal candidate will be driven, results-oriented, and possess a strong sales and business development acumen.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, and social media
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to job offer negotiation
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and offer insight on market trends and candidate availability
Drive business development efforts to expand our client base and increase revenue streams
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
Provide exceptional candidate experience and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires




Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
Day-to-day
Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and identify opportunities for recruitment services
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions
Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support each other's success
Track and report on key performance indicators to measure recruitment effectiveness and drive improvements
Stay updated on industry trends and labor market insights to inform recruitment strategies and client consultations.
