Responsibilities: Develop, write, edit and proofread engaging content for social media, websites, email and other digital channels.
Create and adapt social media assets, graphics and digital content in line with brand and accessibility guidelines.
Use Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to produce and resize visual content for different platforms.
Schedule, publish and monitor social media content in line with content calendars and campaign priorities.
Use social listening tools such as Brandwatch to monitor conversations, sentiment, trends and campaign performance.
Support campaign planning, events and student engagement initiatives through creative content development.
Update and maintain digital content using content management systems, including WordPress and Squiz, and support email communications through relevant EDM platforms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to coordinate approvals and deliver accurate content within deadlines.
Maintain content calendars, production records and documentation to support effective team workflows.
About You: Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, digital media, journalism or a related field.
Demonstrated experience writing clear, concise and engaging content for student or public audiences.
Experience creating, editing and publishing content across social media and digital platforms.
Basic graphic design skills and the ability to produce visually engaging, accessible and brand-consistent content.
Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign, or the ability to learn creative tools quickly.
Experience with social media management, monitoring or listening tools; familiarity with Brandwatch is desirable.
Experience with web content management systems and email marketing platforms is advantageous.
